Elena Ezquerra Silva is a Hydrogen & Renewable Energy Analyst at Solas Energy.
She leads Solas Energy’s Emerging Technologies Team, which includes developing models for and analyzing technologies such as hydrogen, grid modernization, and energy storage.
Elena has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering with a specialization in Renewable Energy from UTEC, Peru.
She is passionate about renewable energies and sustainability. She has five years of experience in research, innovation, project development, and numerical modelling of clean technologies, focusing on hydrogen production, utilization, and fuel cells. Elena believes that hydrogen will play a key role in developing the clean energy sector, which is integral to our planet’s transition to a more sustainable future. With her knowledge and experience, she is looking forward to supporting the development of hydrogen economies.
