In his previous roles as Director in the organization, he led various multidisciplinary teams focused on public hearings, tolls and tariff matters and regulatory policy. Most recently, he was directly involved in the shaping of the CER’s energy information function and also lead the operations of the Office of the Secretary of the CER’s Commission. Previously he worked at the Department of Finance in Ottawa and the Canadian International Development Agency. Mr. Charlebois is a CFA Charter holder with a bachelor of Commerce (Finance), HEC Montreal and Master of Economics, University of Ottawa.
