As CanREA’s Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Workforce Development Coordinator, Mary MacLean assists with the Operations Caucus, focusing on initiatives within the EHS and workforce development committees. These initiatives explore topics such as ergonomics and human factors, and identifying ways to support the recruitment and retention of skilled workers in the renewable-energy industry. Mary has a graduate certificate in Advanced Ergonomics Studies from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Western University.
