During his 12 years with the company, it has grown to become one of the leading independent blade service providers. Ville has been an active speaker in dozens of industry events and a promoter of advanced blade maintenance strategies. Outside of wind energy he is an enthusiastic biker and during his free time he can be found riding his Harley around North America.
