David Vonesch is a Professional Engineer and President of SkyFire Energy, an employee owned Certified B Corp that has completed more than 5000 grid connected solar PV systems in Western Canada. David has worked full-time in the solar industry since 2007 and has played a leading role in the development of SkyFire's utility-scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business divisions. David also serves as vice chair of Alberta Co-operative Energy, Alberta’s first member-owned retail power and natural gas co-operative that is focused on supporting renewable energy development.
